Two days ago I was with a girl that I just met online. We had a rough sex for few hours and apperantly she was on her first day of her period. She squirted when she was on top of me few times.
when I came home, I had a slight redness, so I thought that it might be from the friction of the rough sex that we had. But the next day I found some sores, mosly in local areas and they are a bit... well sore... note much but the area fills hot and there are a tiny blisters. I was using protection the whole time we were together. Now I'm a bit stressed that I got STD.
What do you think it looks like?

Looking at the picture. . Looks like there a hair growing out of each sore.. so it could be in growen hairs.. but i still would get it checked out just to make sure

Yes, the sore are coming out only from the center of the hairs. It's not painful and when I touch it feels like a pimple pain. It is slightly better today, but not by much. Is it possible that it happened from friction?

Still keep an eye on them if they itch or burn you need to see a doctor ..
