Is this symptoms of anxiety?

I started experiencing this symptom as soon as I got out done with my workout, I was about to head for a nice shower until my chest got so tight as it felt like hunger pains but my stomach wasn't growling. I had a hard time breathing after going through a weird tight chest and then I felt like I was going to pass out at any given moment. I quickly drank water to see if it was dehydration or maybe low on sugar which I did eat and drink but the chest feel was still there. My hands were shaking like crazy and I felt like I might end up dead as my heart was beating so fast. This is not my first time experiencing this but I was wondering if this is most likely anxiety. If so, how can I deal with this? It's terrifying and scary as I have no idea what this could be or if I should be concern about this. I'm normally healthy and never had anything serious happen to me before.

do you normally suffer from anxiety? There’s a possibility it could be that, but I always recommend that people get a check up at the doctors when they develop new symptoms. That’s to give you peace of mind. In the meantime calm yourself down The best way you can. Sometimes it’s a long slow deep breathing, listening to soothing music or Nature Sounds, etc. you can search YouTube for something called stop panic attack now and scroll down to one called don’t panic. This will bring the heart rate down when the rapid heart rate is due to anxiety.
Nobody on this site can diagnose, so call your doctors office and let them know what happened to see what they suggest.
take care
