It looks like tapeworm and pinworms, but it might be bits of food! Why don’t you get a stool sample test and find out if you have parasites?
they dont look like pinworm. take the photo to your doctor and get referred to a specialist. dont panic, im sure you will get sorted. excuse the no punctuation, my phone has gone funny
