Is this tapeworm?

i’ve had Symptoms in the past couple years of what seemed like extreme giardiasis but been symptom free for about a year. Then, out of the blue, I was feeling sluggish and nauseated from the bad air quality here and did a couple days of coffee enemas and two days later, I have a very interesting stool show up with about a 4 inch long elastic looking worm attached to the end. I normally don’t even eat meat which makes me question tapeworm at all, but based on appearances, can someone tell me what the heck this nasty thing is?!?

Hi Erinh It looks to me like a rope worm? I have the same thing. I keep doing enemas and passing these. It doesn't end. I have changed my diet for the past 2 yrs. I can't seem to entirely rid myself of these. If u find anything please let me know. Good luck to you.
