Hi, I would like to ask if ejaculating too much causes testicular torsion. I have this uncomfortable feeling in my left testicle, and I ejaculate more than 3 times a day.
Unlikely. You’ll know typically if have torsion as will be in agony fairly quickly and your testicles will swell.
