Yesterday noticed a swollen red dime size soft painless lump on my Labia Majora. Now there are some small white bumps on the red spot .
Last week I had burning urination and painful bladder. Got antibiotics for UTI that didn’t clear it up so went back for different antibiotics over the weekend . After 1 day of those my symptoms relieved but the bump showed up.
It’s a little itchy but I’m not sure if I’m causing it bc I’m so worried or that’s what I’m really feeling .

It is not clear if these small heads are blisters or not. If they are itchy blisters painful on touch so mostly it is herpes.
Herpes blisters also contain clear fluid. If these are just heads full of pus so mostly it is infected hair follicles.
Try take a closer clear pic if you are not sure
the red bump and white spots appeared within 10 hours, the next day the white bumps diminished.
It looks more like heads of pus (abcess).
Are you sure no other pumps elsewhere like inside your vagina??
You need urine culture to see what antibiotic would be effective.
Why dont see a dr?
I don’t see anymore bumps or red spots inside and out.
I’m on macrobid right now. Got a urine culture on Sunday that came back “no growth” but that’s possibly because I was already on cipro when I gave the sample.
Last day of macrobid now and my bladder is still very sore and it’s very difficult to urinate
Get swab from these pimples and see a urologist
Thanks , I got the bumps tested on Tuesday so I’m waiting for the results . I’m planning on going to urgent care today if I continue to not be able to urinate

I would return to The Doctor and have a culture done.
I just got the call from my doctor that I tested positive for herpes. Very upsetting news, but I'm glad I got the test done because both doctors I saw said it didn't look like herpes to them.
I'm very confused about the whole thing from types of virus to types of testing. I have been in a LTR for over 10 years with no symptoms from either of us. My partner is going for a blood test soon but I'm not sure how conclusive those really are?
Dont be depressed. It s normal to feel sad for sometime. 20% of population have herpes. Cheer up.
If you only had sex with your bf so sure you got it from him. If you both have herpes, so now you will not be afraid of giving it to him. You can have sex in peace in between outbreaks. See the positive side.
