Is this thrush or do i have HPV or something

oh my goodness i am really scared. i was feeling around in my vagina and felt these bumps. I don't know if i have HPV or something. i have been having minor yeast-infection like symptoms or if i have an STI. i am super prone to UTI's and Yeast infections and have had a ton of them in the past year and the half. the red color is because i am on my period. im scared someone help me.

this looks like normal textured skin theres nothing concerning in your photo
