i recently took a monistat which stopped most of the itching and burning but this rash has yet to go away could it be something else?

Dear kay,

These are just vestibular papillomas, nothing to worry about and it should settle down. They can become more prominent if the local area is inflamed, e.g. thrush.

VP is a part of you, like your ears and nose. They just look a bit more obvious because your vagina had a yeast infection, so maybe just a couple of days.
