had this patch on my tongue for a bit, quite sore and everything i read online indicates a mouth cancer. been to doctor who gave antiseptic mouth wash to try, he wasnt sure but suggested it was a mouth ulcer… doesnt seem like an ulcer to me though? also feel like something is stuck in my throat but could this be something or just anxiety? worried!
