A couple of days ago a small group of pimples (kind of rash form, but not that close together) began to pop on the shaft of my penis. The pimples were only sensitive to touch as are the open soars (in the picture) These bumps broke out after wearing thermal longjohns to work in the kitchen for 8 hrs. a week and a half ago. Thermals were tight and caused heat rash-like symptoms before. When i woke up the next morning the bumps began to form. Now that they've opened I want to know is this normal for pimples/heat bumps or .... can this be herpes.
I'm healing now. Do i need to wait to see if theres another outbreak before I get a culture test?

u need to get tested for herpes
u should have them swabbed within 48 hours if they scab up they wont be able to swab them so ud need a blood test
