I became sexually active 5 months ago, and have my HPV shot. I noticed these finger like bumps on my labia and am not sure if they are genital warts or VP. I also noticed smaller bumps along the inner labia, and noticed one side of my labia looked much larger than the other with a "bumpy" texture. is this just VP???

Those two finger-like lumps are just bits of your vulva; and the fine grainy bumps on the surface of the labia are sebaceous (grease) glands. Nothing to worry about. Definitely NOT warts as you’ve been vaccinated. And not herpes either.
