I had sex 2 weeks ago it was unprotected but with someone i had been with for a while (on and off) so i figured he hadn't been with anyone else. Since about 3 days ago I've been itchy in the vaginal area. No painful urination or burning, just itching. Yesterday I took a mirror to look and I noticed this papule (don't know if it was there before honestly) I'm just getting scared now because it checks out with when I last has sex. There was also oral sex both ways so I'd figure my throat would hurt as well if it was something serious? I didn't notice anything unusual on him (sores, discharge, etc)
What is circled in purple in the photo is just skin from how my hymen ripped that's always been there. What I'm concerned about is what's circled in yellow
