I was diagnosed with yeast infection couple days ago and just done with the treatment today. The symptoms are gone, including the itches. I was just looking down at my vag to see if its red and plumpy from the itch, and i saw this bump. Do I have hpv warts? im sexually active and had my HPV shots.

If you’ve had your HPV shots, genital warts would be quite an unlikely diagnosis. Have you checked to see if the other side (left?) has a similar distribution of lumps? Vestibular papillomas, which I think this is, tend to be distributed symmetrically.

These are in keeping with vestibular papillomas, not genital warts.

That would tend to support the diagnosis of VP.
