Sorry, I accidentally uploaded the same photo twice. This is the other photo:
Does it itch?
Any sexual contact recently?
It doesn’t itch. I’m not sexually active
Please anyone?
are you talking about the red spot or white spot close to the red spot ?
Red spot in the middle, just behind central corona. White spot is just a light reflection
At the moment this does not look like anything to worry about. The warning signs would be if the skin was breaking down and constantly trying to repair itself, as slight scarring, or even minute scab was forming.
What I would do is monitor it closely to see if it worsens.
You can help the skin in that area by washing with water only, then dry yourself 100%. It is all to easy to think the entire head and foreskin of the penis is completely dry, when it is not. Problems occur if you get a build up of anything you have applied to the head of your penis staying in liquid form, and this can interact with the skin. This can be anything that comes into regular contact with the head and foreskin of the penis - such as when you wash it, take a shower, lubes you may use for masturbation, that kind of thing. Also, when a uncircumcised man ejaculates it is all too easy for some of the ejaculate to remain trapped between the head and foreskin of the penis …
Thanks for reply. As far as I can tell, it appears to be smooth and dry on touch. It’s not peeling off, there is no scab nor crust. It doesn’t itch nor it feels tender. Everyday it appears the same in size and how it feels. However, I read that some precancerous conditions on penile foreskin can produce no symptoms at all except red or white plaques. That’s why I started worrying myself. Even though this spot might have been present here ever since. It does appear to be natural because exactly where this spot is located foreskin is attached to corona higher than elsewhere. So I think it just might be a natural part of my penis, but I haven’t seen it on other ones yet
The only people who can alleviate your fears of cancer potentials are a Doctor or a Urologist … if you think this may be a possibility, go get it checked out!
