Is Zoloft Any Good?

Hi all. I'm just updating. I have had such horrible health anxiety that it was tremendously affecting my every day life. I still struggle with feeling like I cant breathe, palpitations, and just other horrible random symptoms that come and go. I finally saw my primary today and he has decided to put me on Zoloft. I'm a bit nervous because I'm terrified of adverse side effects and havent taken a prescription medication in years. Do any of you guys find that zoloft helps with anxiety and depression? Thank you

What mg ? I'm on 25mg I started with 50 mg , there's counselors people on YouTube search for them, I think is better to come out of this naturally, in my case zoloft has side effects but some people don't get any side effects so if you do want to start on it start with 25mg or 50 mg , first days are the worst after few days or maybe a week you start to feel better, good luck watch affirmations, and counselors on YouTube, they do help☺

My doctor wants to start me at 25mg. Ice read soooo many bad reviews of this med. Makes me so afraid to try it! I've tried Citalopram and Symbolta but both made me a mindless zombie. Ugh. So risky. But it might be worth it. I don't know

Try it and if you don't like it try something else, but I would say try it for more than 1 week , and try not to eat too much sugar , no caffeine, no alcohol , I only drink water now, I used to drink 4 cans of soda a day, good luck, i beat anxiety before naturally when I was a teen, now is back at 26, I think I triggered it cause thinking I had a tumor, i was also so stressed, and had ear wax clogged.☺ never lose hope , my sister is going through the same too but she is doing better with zoloft.
