Isolated genital herpes or hpv?

i had unprotected sex 2 months ago. two weeks ago I started to notice the appearance of those lesions on the shaft and two days ago another one appeared on the glans. I'm totally asymptomatic, no swollen lymph nodes, non pruritic, no pain. any idea?
