For 5 months now I have had this isolated lump on my penis. My doctor said it is nothing to worry about. i had a test for syphilis which was all good. The lump just wont go away. i have tried acne or pimple creams, ingrown hair creams and aloe vera as well as doing nothing. I can't pop it either.
The photo is not close enough to be sure, but it looks most like something that would develop on the skin and can be best thought of as a skin imperfection.
So, it could be something a bodily wart, rather than a genital specific wart.
For an accurate opinion on what it actually is you would need to see a Dermatologist or Urologist
