Isolated Skin Growths in Scrotum. Possibly HPV?

Hi all,

I’m have these 3 isolated skin growths in my genital area one above the penis and other 2 in scrotum. one above the penis was there for about 1 year now. its not growing but just staying there. and i only noticed ones in scrotum recently. There are isolated in the 3 areas. Do you think these are HPV related warts? do can they be anything else? Ive not had sex with anything except my wife for last 10 years. but I got divorced 2 years ago and have had no sex with anyone else. but before 10 years i have had multiple unprotected sexual relationships. I got tested for HIV and syphilis last year and got cleared. These are not itchy or not causing any discomfort. Should I be worried?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

the ones on the scrotum look like fordyce spots

They look like genital warts on 100%.
Speaking from my own experience, but still i am not a doctor. You should get it checked.
