For at least a week now I have been experiencing sharp and unusual stomach pains, along with odd bowel movements. It began first with dull stomach aches all over my belly. Now my upper stomach hurts, and it feels like I'm being stabbed in my right side specifically. The side stomach pain is so intense that it takes a lot of effort to move but when I do the pain quickly fades. This stabbing sensation only happens when I lay on my left side. Last night the pain woke me up at 3 am and forced me to race to the bathroom. Nowadays I don't have a movement for a few days in a row, and then I'm very suddenly overcome with the urge to go, and when I do it's diarrhea.
