It really hurts, help?

I've gotten some kind of cuts, bit i don't know what type, it hurts so bad, ignore white stuff it's numbing cream. The first cut is in my labia it's not that visible in the pic, the second it's in the entrance of my vagina and it kinda looks like a sore. Should i be concerned?

Looks like vaginal tears, maybe you could let us see the entrance of your vagina so we can make sure about that and help you out with your issue,

Took a new picture, this is how it looks, in the other pic you can only see the first two cuts but in this one you can see three, numbing cream has helped so far but it doesn’t look like it’s getting better. I’m afraid that putting numbing cream will make it infected but it’s the only thing that helps, if not it burns horribly when i pee. I’ve had a yeast infection before this if it helps.
