It all started with a small ulcer with a dark purple/red ring around it. For the first two days I did a hot compress, it wasn't getting better. The ulcer itself wasn't painful, only the swelling that the sore caused was painful. Went to urgent care, they were convinced I has Syphillis, they gave me one shots of Penicillin in each butt cheek. Waited a day and things got worse. Got STD results back, negative to everything. They put me on Valacyclovir, For two days I thought it was working, until tonight when I was cleaning the area the ulcer started to separate itself from my labia, almost as if someone dug a moat around the edge of the ulcer/canker sore. Now it's painful, uncomfortable, and leaks mysterious liquid all day.
I have a doctor’s appointment a week from now, I’m not sure if I should stay on medicine and hold it out or go to ER
i would go to a and e if i was you i wouldnt wait that looks very bad hope you get on ok
you need a new doctor and fast. if they cant give you answers for that you need to go somewhere else that looks serious!

Went to ER, they still had no definitive answers. Ran test, and they’re assuming it is haemophilus ducreyi. But still not definitive answers 
Also the infection fell out, so I am now left with this.
when you first notice it did it started as a boil or cyst?
