It will get BETTER

This isn’t a post about anxiety symptoms but more so a message of reassurance , positivity , and thankfulness. I have been dealing with anxiety for 4 years and many others for more and some have probably just begun and all I will say is: it WILL get BETTER. At one point in my life I believed I was incredibly ill, I was afraid and I surely thought I was going mad. Anxiety you see , it’s a rollercoaster where one day you might feel your best and you’re up up where you feel invincible, while other days you take a turn or incredible dip and you have that impending sense of doom and you’re sure there is something wrong with you. That’s what anxiety does to you , physically hurts you and bothers you but if you think about it : you’ve had these panic attacks , you’ve had these symptoms millions of times and everyday you wake up and you survive every attack so what makes you think any other is different? Yes it is scary , yes it feels like your life is ruined , and Yes you will be alright and there is hope for every single one of you. Whenever you have a certain physical symptom , you tend to overthink so when you feel that way, think about for only 5 minutes and after a while it’ll bore you and you’ll realize : I AM OK DAMN IT! if you tell your brain , if you send that signal that you can’t breathe , then you’d efinitely will feel short of breath, if you concentrate on your heart, then you will hear or feel it beat. Just stop overthinking , concentrate on other daily wonderful things you can be doing ! You are Strong , you are amazing , and you are capable or beating Anxiety and living a better life!
