itchiness under clitoral hood for about a year, just got BAD!

Hey guys so im 19 and last year in the fall i was diagnosed by my schools health center with HSV2 after dealing with a lot of itchiness and soreness i was given meds to clear up BV and cream to put on the itchy areas for the HSV. the worst of the 'outbreak' went away but i always had a lingering itch in the upper left area of my vagina where the clitoris is, kind of underneath it. i returned to the health center worried about this persistant itch + how my skin felt in the left side bc its kinda uncomfortable to work out or excersize due to the itch. plus i felt 1-2 hardish spots on the skin outside of my clit. she said everytbing looked fine and was very rude, saying i shouldnt have even come in and they wouldnt do anything. and so she said if i had issues with itching id have to go to my own doctor, who after a yr of waiting finally got me in for next month. i think it gets worse and better but i havent had a day with no itching in a year now. i stopped using fragnrance products like laundry detergent.

ive been trying to wait til my appt but this is getting so bad and stressing me out . the left side of my clit is literally always itchy. i can itch it for hours and it wont go away, now its starting to feel like pain/pressure constantly. the whole left labia is more stretched out ajd a different color/texture/size than my right one now and my clit feels like it has a lump or something between the labia where its really itchy. could this be vin? vp??? hsv?? hpv??? i dont know whats wrong with me but it feels like something very bad and im worried of vulvar cancer !

If everything looks normal, it could be an incipient autoimmune disease. But I wouldn’t worry so far and just wait and see. It doesn’t look like cancer at all. All the best

It does not appear to be cancer. Your labia looks normal and healthy in these pictures. It is hard to see a size difference between the two sides of your labia in these pictures since they are not spread and stretched open to expose the length or size of them. Your clitoris looks slightly irritated in one of the pictures. Be sure to wash with only water and no soap, only use your fingers as well, be gentle. Do you have smegma build up under the clitoral hood on in and around your labia? That can be a source of irritation.
