Hi everyone my son off 22 is due tomorrow for he's 3 rd inflixihab infusion but he's got very bad spots come on he's neck. It look like acne he's also been of pred now for 2 weeks also he's on a low fibre diet they have told him to go on so he's not eating any fruit or veg. Could the spots be due to inflixihab or coming off pred or no fruit veg etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated thank you
It is very possible that it is a reaction to the Remicade. I would ask your doctor about it, before it gets worse. I doubt it has anything to do with the Prednisone or lack of vegetables. People do have reactions to these medicines. Take care
