It started happening about 2 months ago and then went away briefly before returning again. I do have unprotected sex and my last partner was 1 month ago or so where I had anal and oral sex.
The partner before then was over a year ago.
Hi you should have it checked with your doctor it looks quite sore you possibly have some adhesion to your glans.
