Itching and swollen lumps at opening of vagina (negative STD tests). Any idea what's wrong?

Recently, I started feeling this strange itching sensation after sex, which would subside a day later. It almost feels like a sharp itching that is somewhat insatiable with minor burning. I let it go thinking that it was simply because the medicine I take causes lubrication issues and I was a bit irritated from sexual friction. However, it seems to have gotten worse, accompanied by a full feeling, almost like a small piece of tampon is stuck at the opening of my vagina. I ended up taking a look down there and noticed a larger than usual piece of skin towards the bottom, along with other sections that look lumpy or broken off (almost like my hymen has torn into odd pieces). I definitely also have a yeast infection (sigh). I was just at the Gynecologist this past year and she didn’t mention any problems. I also got a full set of STD tests, which came back negative. I have been in a monogamous relationship for two years and my partner has shown no symptoms of any STDs. Any idea what this is? Skin tags? Weird tearing that’s irritated from friction?

Side note: Image is accidentally sideways. The large lump is at the bottom of the vaginal opening.

Hello, itching is probably due to thrush and before you start your period even more dur to hormones. The skin tags you are talking about are hymenal tags remenants. It is normal.
