Approximately September of 2021 I noticed two small sores on the side of my penis. They itched a little bit but that was it. Over time, my urethra began to feel irritated and sometimes it hurt to pee and even ejaculate. I got tested for STDs and everything came up negative. May of 2022 I was diagnosed with HSV. I am on medication to treat breakouts as needed and I’ve learned to recognize what a breakout is like for me. The entire time up to today I’ve been dealing with the itching penis/scrotum and irritated urethra. The irritation and itching is worsened anytime I have any kind of sexual activity. If I take a couple weeks break it gets better but doesn’t go away completely. About 6 months ago ED began to be an issue for me. I’ve had multiple STD tests. I went to a urologist and had a sysco performed and was told everything looked normal. No doctor I’ve been to has been able to tell me anything. Please help.
