Looks like cystic acne. You dont have to be a teenager to get acne. Some folks suffer all their life. You could try seeing an dermatologist but if you are in UK do see your doctor. There are medications you can take orally to help with this, but only available via prescription.
In the mean time you look to have oily skin so try getting a soft face brush and working up a lather with some mild unperfumed soap. Dont scrub so much you make your skin sore but just gentle circular motion. Rinse thoroughly in clear water and keep a small towel especially for your face. You can also try a face cream with retinol in it, but if you get a reaction to it, stop using at once. You should try a tiny amount first to make sure you dont react. Wash your skin first then apply the cream morning and evening before bed. Sometimes this works.
I’m sure you already are aware of not picking or fingering the spots.
Also if you tidy up your eyebrows by plucking across the top of your nose then always do it when you have thoroughly washed your face. Bacteria on your skin loves to dive into an empty hair follicle and cause pusy spots
Thanks for your advice Marina_D, I booked an appointment with my GP for this coming Friday, I do those methods while I wait, it seems to have faded now almost same colour as the skin, but will still see them because likely it will come back.
thanks:)
