Hello! i was diagnosed several years ago with Granuloma Annulare. I had it for over 2 years and after trying every cream and ointment, it went away after getting a cortisone shot for my shoulder! The strange thing is that i had gotten a cortisone shot prio,r for my knee and the rash remained. Now i have it back after it being dormant for 2 years on my left hand. Seeing a dermatologist and hoping she will try ROM therapy.

I want to try ROM to but my doctor will not Let me said that 1 of the antibiotics is super super strong it will kill all the bacteria in your body and you could get seadf will easily... I had GA going on 2cyears noting works for me but steroids but can't live on steroids!! Good luck with ROM and keep us updated..
Ug. My dr doesn't want to try the ROM therapy because she doesn't believe it works. I'm at her office now and they are going to try a cortisone shot. I hope it works at least temporarily!
Good luck Mich let me know if it works how long it works but I have 100s of spots will not be able to afford it but maybe for my hands and arms...
