Well yes, they could be pinworms so get some treatment from your chemist/pharmacist and follow instructions very carefully. You will have to repeat the treatment in 2 weeks. If you have a partner they should also treat themselves to prevent cross contamination . Keep your hands well washed and away from your anus and your mouth. Wash your pants in very hot water …at least 60 deg to kill any worms and eggs that may be on them. Same applies to bedding. If that doesnt help come back on here
