I had unprotected sex. 3 days after i got a cold sore that i got rid of quickly using my friend's valacyclovir and some toothpaste. But the day after the cold sore flaked off, I got alot of irritation in a small part of my labia and wart like bumps appeared. It itches and makes it uncomfortable to walk and function like a normal person but it doesn’t burn when i pee, it just itches and its bumpy. Even my labia minora itself seems a bit jagged and irritated along it. What do you suggest i do? Ive never had a cold sore or STD before and he told me neither did he. What do you think this is? i have had itchy bumps lining my labia before when i had a yeast infection but this is a different type of discomfort and my yeast infection pills provide mild relief, but doesnt last long or get rid of the bumps. Should I just continue the 2,000mg of varex and the yeast infection pills for a few days and see if anything clears up?

u should use a cream like clotrimazole for the outside
