My foot has been itchy for a long time now and I have been scratching it. When I stopped scratching, it resulted into dry flaky skin so I applied petroleum jelly but when I woke up little red bumps appeared. It's has a keratin build-up feel to it. What do you call this skin disease and how can I treat it? Thank you.
