Itchy dark spots on neck

Ive had these dark spots on the back of my neck for a couple of years but they spreaded

and got bigger but they recently got darker ands started getting itchy sometimes

does anyone know what this is?

It looks like it could be a fungal infection, it looks quite bad you may need a course of tablets as well as cream. But you really need to see a doctor about it.
