Itchy labia with no bumps, redness or swelling

So here goes. I've been experiencing some relatively mild vulva itch, irritation, rawness and occasional crawling feeling. It isn't really localized but more general; my pubis has been itchy, and my labia majora mostly near the hood of my clitoris. I haven't had any internal itch and so don't suspect a yeast infection.  It's been about 4 weeks and ive been very worried about herpes but I haven't had any lesions or bumps or anything that could even be confused for something else. I also haven't had any pain in my legs or butt or any swollen lymph nodes. My vagina also appears normal, no redness or swelling. This all started about a month after I last had sex (with a condom, no oral sex) and haven't had sex for a year prior to that. I've been very anxious and sleeping poorly and it's possible that my symptoms have been amplified by this, but I also have a sore throat and some phlegm in the last couple days which had me worried about herpes again. Would herpes itch occur for 3-4 weeks without the formation or any lesions?

Update: I went to see my doctor today and she said it doesn't sound at all like herpes and so I should put that out of my mind. I felt good about it for a bit and then by the evening I was feeling a new batch of symptoms. Mainly after peeing I've felt a weird feeling in my urethra and if I go back to the bathroom I can pee a little more. I also had some cottage cheese like discharge. I feel like my vagina is playing a mean prank on me and am still not convinced I don't have sneaky internal herpes.

herpes symptoms don’t last that long, i don’t think. but if you’re worried you can always get a blood test.

I am now experiencing some itchiness in one of my butt cheeks and have a tiny red dot on my butt crack that has been there (unchanged) for a few days. It doesn't hurt nor is it filled with any liquid so I didn't think anything of it until that butt cheek started to itch. I'm really losing my mind over this. Any input would be greatly appreciated as my doctor brushed off herpes but I am still having symptoms of something!
