I recently had a sex and got a weird itchy reaction on foreskin of my penis. It was itching so i tried washing with my face wash which made it to swelling. My foreskin still goes down but i can feel a little pain. I don't feel any pain while peeing. I just have the swelling underneath the top of my foreskin. I am worried and not sure what this might be. After that i am just using a regular body cream and applying on it after washing it with warm water. It started couple days ago.
immediately see a urologist.. it might be any infection or can be balanitis
i hate to say that you may have done the damage by washing with you face wash, it could well be that which caused the flare up, rather than the person you had sex with…i did a similar thing once with shampoo.
using a harsh product on the penis can cause real problems.
still it could be sexually transmitted or something else, i am not a doctor so i dont know.
i would suggest purchasing a special body wash for people with excema, which is very gentle on the skin. avoid all soap, shampoo and regular shower gells etc.
you may want to consider pure organic cold pressed oils such as neem to rub on the penis (cheap, but pungent smell) it is anti fungal.
most of all see a doctor and treat it as soon as possible.
