Itchy red rash under foreskin

hi i have this red itchy rash on the head of the penis under the foreskin. its uncomfortable when having sex and showering on the area. Ive had the same sex partner for 4 years and she has no rash or problems. theres no pain except for an itch. is it likely to be an STI or a skin condition? please help! photos attached

looks like balantis dude, can try to treat with thrush cream. there’s loads of poats about it on here just Google balantis patient forums you’ll see. Best to get it checked by a doc tho either way
