itchy sebaceous glands? yeast infection??

never had a yeast infection to my knowledge but a previous post had mentioned this could possibly be a yeast infection. can i get a second opinion on this persistently itchy area right on my labia area? its only present on one side and never spreads. it doesnt look like herpes so i doubt it is that
