Hi ladies thanks for all your posts on this matter lm going to try some of the ideas,here one of mine try taking allergy tablets not sure if it will help but lm going to try them.Good luck its bad enough put ting up with pains and cramps and feeling crap but this feeling of being all scratchy not nice
