Itchy vagina n I need help please n u have tried all cream but nothing is helping plus it's worse

It's getting worse day by day n I can't stop itching , I can't wear panty or go anywhere Coz it's itchy whole day n night so please help me Coz I can't take this anymore b can't do anything , just want to get rid off this itchy down there

here is what i did,take sitz baths,clear water,warm water,you fill a basin that you can find at a medical supply store thats fits on your toilet..they are quite cheap.soak for about 15 minutes once or twice a day.Some women add baking soda,ive never tryed that.After soaking i dont towel dry,i lay on the bed and air dry about 15 minuts.When I use the bathroom,only use white toilet paper. dab dry with moistened toilet paper with water.I dont use soap on the vulva,only clear water when showering.I use hydrocortisone 1 percent that you buy over the counter.My doctor told me it was fine to use when there is a flare.For awhile I was using it once a day for a week or 2..i use the ointment,not the cream,cream can be irritating as it iften contains alcohol.White cotton underwear,when I go some where,a and d ointment to p rotect skin.way back when i also used desitan.Drink lots of water.This really helped my itching,i am not a doctor so I would say please go to a gynocoligist and get checked..many things can cause the itch.I am post menopause and also have vaginal atrophy which has a forum on here.

By the way the cortisone and a and d and desitan are only for the vulva,not inside the vagina!

I already used the ointment but still no help n now it's worse n did checked wid my doc but still the same

Have you been to a dermotologist and i gynocoligist or just a general practicioner?

I dont know your age..could be somthing to do with menopause,allergy,skin cond..exzema,LS etc..

Yes I have been to everyone n they say everything is normal then y the itchy is not going away m 40 years old n have this problem for last past 8 years please if anyone out there who can help me otherwise I'll just go mad

Don't know about that but only thing I know is this itchy is getting worse day by day n I just can't handle it now n it's affecting my marriage

Yes, the steroid creme that helped me is Clobetasol 0.05%.  I used it once a night for 2 weeks and the Dr. now has me using it Mon., Wed., and Fri. nights only.
