Itchy vulva..hpv,herpes or allergy

im suffering from itchy vulva from 5 days.noticed these red tiny bumps.can anyone tell,what these maybe..can yeast infection,hpv,herpes or allergic reaction to the cream(non genital) which i applied there for scratching
