I have a raised white lump between my anus and vagina. It does not hurt, but the lump is causing anal itching, especially after bowel movements and at night (potentially due to showering at night). The itching ranges from mild to relatively intense, especially at night. Because of the itching, I thought I had pinworms until I took a look myself and found this lump present.
What could this potentially be and what action should I take? I have pictures available if that would help.

Best post a pic if you can for best diagnosis.
Might be worth trying Canesten Dual Action 1% w/w cream with active ingredient Ciotrimazol. A general cream for fungal infections which would hopefully clear the infection and stop itching.

That area between anus and vagina needs to be cleaned carefully and in one direction (towards the anus, and opposite to vagina) so that the anal bacteria do not enter into the vaginal opening.
The itching points to some infection. Not sure what the lump could be.
