Anyone feel quite itchy where the wound dressing is? is this normal? Am on day 4 after hip replacement operation.

very itchy however, ive always taken as a good sign its healing.
MINE TOO. pretty normal i think and i was always told that itching meant healing which is great news. i think about all the layers of healing it needs to do.
I think itching is normal. It’s a sign on healing. I had it quite a lot in the early days and now, at 13 weeks, still get the odd little prickle. Good luck with your recovery.
