so ive had an iud for 4 years and last year i got my mirena taken out and a liletta put in.. my whole time having an iud i have NEVER bleed not spotting nothing!
the past two weeks my boobs were hurting and i just thought ok, maybe this is my bodys way of saying im on my period like okay weird but ignored it.. now this past Sunday he was fingering me and goes what’s that, and says “ it feels like strings”. I have never been able to feel my strings and he hasn’t either but this time he did. I just ignored it and continued. There was no pain during sex. The following day I’m still cramping, I go to the bathroom at night and my underwear have blood in them and I’m freaking out. I haven’t seen blood in a LONG time. The blood isn’t super dark and seems thin (when I had periods my periods were super heavy). The next day (today) I am having blood and some brown tissue coming out .. I have never seen this before. I’m going to add a picture of what the tissue looks like. I understand it’s normal to have small periods when you get your iud. But I have never had one since getting an iud and it’s been over a year of having the liletta that’s what’s creeping me out
