Iv been feeling guilty about the way I treat people and my actions

Can't stop thinking about the way I do things and why I do the things I do

Is it your depression or Anxiety making you say things you don't mean? I do this alot it's like I'm irritated and I don't know why I searched it and both of my problems cause "irritation" so now it makes sense why I act or say the things I say. ๐Ÿ˜‘Dont beat yourself up for it. If you feel guilty about it that means you feel bad about saying those things to them. You're not a bad person. You can always go tell them that you didn't mean it if you want. If you're talking about your family. With strangers you can't do much you don't know them so  try not to worry. I know it su*cks I feel like sh*t for saying things to my family. ๐Ÿ˜ž

This realisation shows you are on the road to being a better person. So you should work on it and it will bring you a lot of happiness in the future.
