Iv been up and down for 9 years but only 6 months ago i was diagnosed with M.E.

We all know the battle we face but iv started to go really light headed and really dizzy ALOT. I always get typical head rush but this is different. In the last 4 days iv felt like i was going to pass out in one occasion i fell to floor as i felt myself going but within half a second the feeling went and it was like someone had set me on fire. My GP says its just anxiety and im so mad when i no my feelings and symptoms for anxiety problems does anyone else suffer bad with their head ? Am i started to get worse ? Is it M.E? Im getting really stressed now with my GP when they just point the finger to an illness which i already have this is frightening to live with .

Any insights to what any of you experience from M.E would be greatly appreciated

Iv been experiencing severe dizzyness for 3 months and its the last 4 days that i had no choice but to go to my GP

Hi.. you need to look into POTS. its quite common with ME , i have both.  It causes that dizziness and feelings of shakiness etc.  Easily diagnosed with *poor mans tilt table test*  again look it up.  Took me over 20 years to get a full diagnosis .

I fear your GP is suffering from an acute case of ignorance. Google "POTS." A very high percentage of people with ME/CFS suffer from POTS, which can cause lightheadedness and result in passing out.

Iv always had some sort of heart palpitations but only threw social situations .. and for past couple months my heart is really thudding and it races so fast i hold my chest it can wake me up with it thudding that hard. Does anyone have this threw M.E x
