After my period, I got these bumps on my whole vagina area and had no clue what they were.. I didnt have much symptoms, only itching and these open sores. As I was reading about herpes, it says it starts off as pus filled blisters, but I never had that only open sores. Im very terrified about going to the ER or hospital.. Before the bumps shown up, I had sex with condoms! As of now, the open sores are VERY itchy and is secreting a clear substance.. Please some help me!

id u have open sores u should go and get them swabbed or have a blood test done it could not be herpes but by the sound of your symptoms its possible a condom does not protect fully as it only covers the skin on the penis itself and not surrounding genital area
