So i have had this rash on my penis for a while now… seems like for a year or so. if i dont touch the skin if my penis it starts to look better. ive been using antifungal cream for thr last 2 weeks and it seems to be improving but i have had this bump under the head of my penis for probably 6 months or so im not sure exacty how long. it doesnt hurt.. or itch or anything. any ideas? it just one single cyst like bump.. and it came out of nowhere. first picture shows the rash and second picture shows the bump

You need to take fluconazole 150 one dose for your fungas infection also keep it try.

The second pic look like you have skin tag if it’s grown recently you need to check it to a doctor it maybe a HPV warts. Stay safe

Agree, you need to get a doctor to check what you have in photo 2 - also ask them to review what you have been using for the rash and maybe get additional or different medication
