I’ve been having this problem for a couple months. I notice it only when i try to be sexual with my partner. I can’t figure it out and I’m scared to go to my doctor about it. Can somebody help me please

Do not be depressed. Honestly, those look pretty normal to me. Like fordayce spots. It does not strike me to be herpes at all.
If you are that concerned get a blood test or see a doctor. There is no harm in that. Knowledge is power and you will be ok regardless!
