I've been depressed from 2 months just because of sprained ankle....

Before 2 months while playing volleyball I sprained my ankle...after that I apply plaster on it and after that physiotherapy for 20 days....now I can walk but swelling doesn't goes down....and because of swelling it always hurts whenever I walk and do other things....so what can I doo now for reduce my swelling

Ice, ice, ice! Sometimes I think that a broken bone heals more quickly than torn muscles. If that doesn't work, go back to your doctor, but I have a sneaky suspicion he'll tell you to have patience. Just like the rest of us, we are impatient and angry and want this to be over tomorrow.

theres a great tip i picked up where you lie flat on your back with your bad leg straight up a wall, whilst holding it get someone to gently massage down your leg to your groin  (as if squeezing a giant tube of toothpaste)at the top of your leg inside the joint i.e next to your privates,is a main artery,by gently pushing down into this it can relieve the swelling as if draining it some how,not sure what goes on,only know it works,i used to feel a wierd sensation like the start of pins and needles but not quite getting there,it feels great,i hope this helps as ice is ok but doesnt last that long, especially if your active as you sound,i used to do this before a round of golf and it lasted till about the 14th hole,so say about 2 hours of constant walking and twisting, then again when i got in,good luck pal and i hope it gives you some relief

also use some kind of oil,not sure if your male or female but if your like me (teenwolf haha) without oil or moisturiser it pulls hairs like a bugger
