I didn’t have this experience before i had sex with a friend of mine, she had assured me she didn’t have anything of any sorts, std or anything. She had given me oral, and when we had sex it was with protection. But i made the mistake of accidentally putting it on the wrong way (inside out) i addressed it. I’m not sure if this is also the cause.
This problem is especially difficult cause i just want to fix it. I don’t recall if it was before i had sex or after but i was scratching my penis and i think balls and i scratched it pretty bad it hurt. At first i had weird spots on my penis and was afraid something bad happened but it soon after went away after close inspection and cleaning. It’s been since March 28th since i had sex. The first 2 photo’s was on April 2nd,
The other 2 were today April 14th 2020. I haven’t experienced any pain during the duration of all this. Nothing on my face and or anywhere else. It’s just scary and it’s been making me insanely anxious. One thing to note is sometimes i feel a bit weird when i pee but that’s mostly it when it comes to discomfort.

So what I can see in the first two photos are a few spots, possibly superficial ulcers, on the glans penis and the opening of the urethra (meatus) appears quite inflamed. I’m not sure what the closely cropped photo is meant to show but the final photo taken nearly 2 weeks later no-longer shows any ulcers but the meatus is still red and moist.
Can I ask if you have a penile discharge? Is it clear and mucoid, thick and yellow (like pus) or no discharge at all?
In essence you have balanitis, but there are a gazillion causes, ranging from friction, allergy, drug reaction, skin diseases as well as a wide variety of sexual and non-sexual infections. It is difficult at this time to pinpoint what may have triggered the balanitis you experienced.
Given your concerns, I suggest you get checked for sexually transmitted infections at the earliest opportunity, especially if you have persistent symptoms of stinging when you pee (dysuria) and possibly penile discharge (above; please check).

No i dont have any penile discharge, i dont necessairly have pain its just a really funky feeling when i got to pee.
do you feel certain that it is balanitis that has caused both problems on the tip of the of my penis and my skin ?
i iust peed and have felt no unusalness, i believe those couple of days were it felt weird were just that and nothing more
